Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are designed to protect both you and Shenae Luxe Travels. By submitting a planning fee or booking services, you agree to the following:

Planning & Research Fee

All planning fees are non-refundable.
Planning fees cover consultation, research, and up to two (2) customized quotes per trip.
Fees are valid for 14 days from payment date. New fees may be required if booking does not occur within this timeframe.

Quote Turnaround

Please allow up to 3 business days after payment for quotes to be delivered.
Prices and availability are subject to change until deposit or full payment is received.

Payments & Deadlines

Deposits and final payments must be made by the stated due dates to avoid cancellation or price changes.
Late payments may result in additional fees or loss of reservation.

Changes & Revisions

Significant changes after quotes are provided may require a $15 re-quote fee.
Any supplier change fees will be the responsibility of the traveler.

Traveler Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate traveler information (legal names, dates of birth, travel documents).
Shenae Luxe Travels is not responsible for denied boarding due to incorrect information provided by the client.

Travel Protection

Travel protection/insurance is highly recommended but not included unless purchased.
Clients who decline insurance accept full responsibility for any cancellation penalties or losses.

Liability Disclaimer

Shenae Luxe Travels acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for acts or omissions of suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

By working with Shenae Luxe Travels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
